Hello

You findings suggests deposition of fat within liver cells(fatty liver).Fatty liver causes diffusely increased echo texture.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition and it may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, obesity, alcoholism, metabolic disorder, drug toxicity etc.

You may need few investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, liver function test, urine RE/ME.
You may need few medicines after complete investigations.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Avoid alcohol if you take it.

Get well soon.
Take Care
