Is Local Anesthesia Safe?

Hi doctor I am 45 years ,64 kg weight amd 5 2 height. Having history of high blood pressure taking regular medicine for same.Septoplasty of my nose have to be done. Govt hospital doctor will do it with local anesthesia, I am scared, will it be comfortable for me or not, pl suggest.
