Is Lornasafe Or Lornasafe Plus Effective For Osteoarthritis In Elderly Patients?

I have tried many analgesics on a patient suffering with Osteoarthritis both knee joints without much releif. Once I got a chance to give her Lornasafe 8 to which she responded well. She is 68 yrs, little over weight with no other complaints. Can I prescribe her Lornasafe or Lornasafe Plus for a long time? (I am Dr. R. K. Agrawala)
