I m curious if there is any connection between loss of B12 and tattoos. I give myself a 1000mcg injection of B12 monthly, and I ve been doing so regularly for a couple years now. This month I ve experienced the symptoms I had before the injections (fatigue, difficulty focusing, and I have idiopathic rheumatic symptoms that seems associative as well). I ve had some tattoo retouches done, and I was wondering if they were in any way associated with a loss of B12.
HI THERE IS NO ASSOCIATION BETWEEN TATOOS AND VITB12 DEFICIENCY.SINCE YOU ARE TAKING VIT B12 INJECTIONS REGULARLY IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE RELATED TO VIT B12 DEFICIENCY.IN CASE OF DOUBT YOU MAY DO HEMOGLOBIN AND MCV TEST. HOPE I HAVE CLEARED YOUR DOUBTS!! DR PRSNSY BUDKULE
