Is Loss Of Sensitivity In Toe Post Multiple Fractures Suggestive Of Tissue Death?

Hello, yes I do. I am 50 ish, after 30 yes. In the stunt buiz. I have a middle toe which was fractured a dozen times, most recent, a year ago. A large part of my foot & toe feels DEAD INSIDE. Toe never healed last break, can swivel it like a rag. Do I have possible tissue death??

You have possible nerve death and tissue death would manifest with skin necrosis and gangrene of whole toe. So there is probably lesion of sensitive nerves in this area and treatment is very limited unfortunately. you should do emg for start to verifiy diagnosis
