Is Low Audible Voice A Symptom Of Mouth Cancer Inspite Of Having Tobacco And Pan Masala?

Sir, my gradfather has a problem , his voice sound is slow from april 2013, but in january 2014 his voice has comeback clearly ,but right now his voice is slow gain, he is 75yr, he also eat tomboco and pan masala, what is this cancer, and what i do , please suggest me

hello thanks for the consult,, firstly advise him to stop the habit..plz have a check up with a oral surgeon/ent specialist at the earliest, does he have difficulty in swallowing food?? do necessary x rays and check up,, hope it helps,,tc
