Welcome to H.C.M. I am Dr Krishna Dubey.
My pleasure to help you.

Low platelet is not a sign of Tuberculosis.

Low platelet in your husband is looking due to antitubercular treatment and occurs mostly due to rifampicin (a important drug in antitubercular treatment).

So no need to worry.
Repeat complete blood count including platelet count and peripheral blood film of your daughter.
It will help to rule out other causes of low platelet.

Hope you will satisfy with this answer.

Always welcome for further query.
Keep in touch.
Thanx.

Dr Krishna Dubey.
