Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your semen analysis report you have Sperm count is 16 million/ml, which is low. As per motility total motility is 55%, 35% are progressive motile, 20% are non progressive motile & Immotile forms are 45%. There is presence of micro head 11%, pin head 02%, giant head 05%, double head 15% & short tail 09%. Normal tail forms are only 41%.
So all together according to your semen analysis report, you are suffering from oligospermia or low sperm count along with asthenospermia or low sperm motility & this may be reason of infertility problem you are facing

Refer to your physician
Hope this information helps
