Is Lower Back Pain In A Toddler A Matter Of Concern?
my 3 year old daughter jumped up and threw her legs out in front of her and sat HARD on her butt. She gave me a horrid look like she was hurt, i think she knocked breath out herself because her face was kind of blue. Now her lower back hurts. She is asleep now (it was passed bedtime when it happened) should i not worry? i am worried about spinal injury but she was moving fine and all that. Now im going to be up all night watching her sleep!

Is Lower Back Pain In A Toddler A Matter Of Concern?
Hello, It could be a contusion or simple musculoskeletal pain. As a first line management you can give paracetamol syrup for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a pediatrician and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you all the best. Thank you.
