Is Lower Back Pain While On Multiple Medications A Concern?

My brother, African American, 51 years old, about 220 pounds, has a pain the lower middle part of his back. He said he hurt it when he leaned over, cleaning out the bath tub. He is epileptic and is taking three to four medications for it and high blood pressure medication. Should we be concerned?

as per the description you have given, there is nothing much to worry..as there is history of trauma..that explains pain..which will be gone in few days..if severe patient can have some analgesics. .
