General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Thank you for writing us here.
I don't think there's something to worry about in his condition. It could be a small growth of tissues on his scalp and I don't think I should name any because it need to be inspected. But malignant tumors are not very common as per your case so there's nothing to worry about. If it hurts or if its annoying, you can go for a surgical removal of the tissue which would a minor surgery and would not cause any harm to your little angel.
