Hi for a year now I have had pain in my left breast they are also very lumpy but particularly left breast and some of the lumps are painful. I had a ultrasound in sept 2015 abd they said it looks like normal breast tissue i am still terribly worried. I have pain in my hips and lower bk at the moment they are so stiff and I am only 24 so I have come to the conclusion that I have cancer and it has spread. My doctors said they wont Check me again and its making me upset. Please help me. Sacha

Hello,
we understand your concern, and it is believed that a lady faced pre-mentrual tension, pain and tenderness in her breasts as well as limbs. Kindly note the relation of your menses along with aggravation / presence of such symptoms. You are too young to have a cancer which is spread and not diagnosed.
Try to find the exact time of the pain in hips as well as lower back and get you vitamin levels checked as well as breasts examined by a surgeon.
You should be having pre-mentrual syndrome which is usual at this time and need not worry and not to create notions of cancer being spread all over your body.
Calm down and get into the details of the type of pain, relation with menses or not? frequency, time relation of breast pain and hip pain.
Also look into the matter that if you are physically active or underwent any trauma of the related sites recently.
Answers to all this may help you to better understand your situation as well as make your doctor understand if there is really a need for re-examination.
