Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. The abdominal pain experienced by people with IBS may be a result of intestinal contractions.Keeping a food diary can help in determining if certain foods are contributing to the symptom of abdominal pain.Recording all the food eaten will help you determine the trigger food for the pain. You can have Isabagol this will help you regulate your bowels. Wishing you well.
