Is Medical Attention Needed For Upper Abdominal Pain While Suffering From A Respiratory Tract Infection?

I am a 63 year old female. I have been suffering a significant upper respiratory infection. dr. prescribed zpac for infection. I am almost finished zpac. I had a lot of congestion in my bronchia's and coughing severely. I began to have pain in the upper stomach area that also spread to my right side and toward my right shoulder blade. this pain is constant and feels like extreme gas pain. this has lasted now for 2-3 days. dr. not available. do I need to get medical attention before Monday next week?
