Is Medication Required According To Sugar Levels?

I am 57 yrs old from India today when I visited the diabetic clinic lab
following are the results
FBS 127
PPBS 162
HBA1C 7.5%

What is my current status should I go for medication whether it could be cleared
with initial medication
Is there any alternate method for treatment

Dear sir i can understand your concern
i my opinion your fasting blood sugar and your hba1c are slightly more.
in my opinion its better to start mild medication and concentrate on diet and exercise.
advised to check blood sugars and hba1c after 3 months
