Hi Madam, This is Arijit from India, my wife recently had a stillbirth of female child in her 22 weeks and now she is now I think is having period like bleeding. Is it normal..or do we need to consult any doctor? What is she was prescribed Dulouton tablet for 21 days? Arijit

Hi,

No, excessive bleeding may indicate infection of the genital tract. I would suggest you to start a course of tranaxemic acids for 5 days and norethistererone 5mg. Also, take a course of antibiotics (Taxim-O for 5 days).
