Is Menstrual Cycle Variation Normal?

Hi, My menstrual cycle is unpredictable.. sometime 30 days, 32 days, 33 days.. or sometimes a week late from the date i expected. Is this normal? But I have my menstrual monthly. Can i get pregnant if this keep continuing? Its hard for me to know when is the day good to conceive.
