Is Menstrual Delay Due To Jet Lag And Does It Need Medication?
Dear mam,
I recently travelled to USA and it was a long journey so i got my periods unexpectedly 5 or 6 days before my usual date. In the mean while me and my bf also i had protected sex for a week or so after my periods got over. I flew back and i was really jet lagged badly. Its been about ten days or so if we count the date of last month i dont have my periods. I took a pregnancy test its negative. Am i delayed due to jet lagged? Is there any medication i need to take?
