Welcome to healthcaremagic,
Abdominal Tuberculosis symptoms include fever, fatigue, weight loss, pain abdomen, menstrual abnormality, blood in urine, bleeding from anus etc. It depends on the exact site that is effected. If you had tuberculosis of lung earlier than there is a high possibility that it can cause genitourinary tuberculosis. C section has got nothing to do with tuberculosis.
In order to rule out if you are having genitourinary TB visit your gynecologist who will do a scan and take a biopsy if required. Even if you have TB do not worry as we have very good antibiotics to treat it.
Hope that answers your question,
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
