hi, i am mahesh , my age 36 years,my weight is 101 kgs, and my wife is aged 44 and she is a diabetic patient near about 370, and her weight is about 90.00 kgs and she is also problem in brain, can we use metaslim to reduce fat or any other medicine, pl advise

You both do regular 30min exercises every day like jogging, swimming, running or aerobics and diet with not more than 1200 kcalories per day. These will help you.
Metaslim may help you if diet is adjusted with that.
Also get back with sugar and lipid profile values along with medications used for further discussion on the management.
