Hi Ruben,

Meth is a highly addictive drug. In simple words, once meth leaves your body, it makes you feel worse than you were before you took it. This makes you want to take meth again in order to feel energetic. If this continues, you eventually become totally dependent on it and have to take it in greater amounts and increasing frequency. In my opinion, you should stay away from meth and try to improve you physical health. Diabetes itself may cause fatigue.

Best wishes.
