Is Midodrine Likely To Help Dizziness Caused By Dysautonomia?

I have dysautonomia and am very much frustrated cause I cannot walk without feeling dizzy...I am on midodrine and the tingling in my head and body is terrible I also am getting very depressed as the best position for me is lying down I feel like Imlosing my life any suggestions other than salt stockings midodrine and florinef age 49 5"3" 179
