Is Mild Hepatomegaly With Gravel In Kidney Curable?

I am 50 yes old. I am having pain in the rt abdomen and rt back, I under went USG yesterday. USG report says that mild hepatomegaly with gravel in the rt kidney. Let me know these could be curable with medicines or any inv to be carried out to ruled out correct diagnosis

Curing any condition involves treating the underlying condition. Work up has to be done as to why there is hepatomegaly which includes liver function tests and ultrasound. Kidney stones depending on the size can be removed by extra corporeal shock wave lithotripsy or surgery.
