Is Mild Paralysis Curable?

My sister had a left posterior parieto occipital craniotomy for postero parietal ill defined tumour 12 yrs back.Histology reviewed Astrocytoma grade 1.After surgery she is having mild paralysis of right side of the body.She wants to know whether she can cure the condition completely.Sir,can you please pay your attention regarding this problem and make me aware about the treatments that you can give.Thank you.
