Is Mild Thickening Of The Endometrial Lining With A Few Tiny Anechoic Area After A Miscarriage A Normal Finding?

I had a miscarriage and I am reading the report that says my uterus is retroverted. The endometrial cavity is empty. Mild thickening of the lining and a few tiny anechoic area in the endometrial lining. For my right ovary it says that there is a hyperchoic area measuring about 8mm
