Is Mildly High Blood Sugar And Lightheadedness A Symptom Of Diabetes?
i have not been to a doctor yet but i had a friend check my sugars yesterday and it was 117 and that was in the am then i had her check it again because i was getting light headed and it was at 82 and that was in the pm is that something to worry about?

in my opinion you are in a pre diabetic stage.
in pre diabetic stage there will be insulin resistance which may give raise to this kind of symptoms.
i suggest you to see a doc and get your diabetes checked.
i suggest you to do Hba1c also
