Is Miscarriage, Related With Cervical Erosion , Blood Clots And Spotting?

hi! i am 7 weeks pregnant and found out 2 days ago(emergency room) that i have a cervical erosion and everything is fine! Had boold work done,scan...but this morning i had a blood clot and some spotting and the rest of the day after i wipe myself its light pink-brownish... i havent had any morning sickness does this mean i am going to misscarry?? i am freaking out
