Is Miscarriage, Related With Prolonged Depo Shots?

I had a question abou the depo shot. I was on the shot for about four years. I had my last shot in may of 09. About a week ago i found out that i was pregnant. And last night i miscarried. I was about 6 weeks along. I was wondering if the miscarriage could have been caused from the depo shot?
