Is Missed Period After Taking I-pill A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I took femilon tablets to prepone my periods in month of nov as I was getting married on 14 December 2015. I got my periods on 7 December till 11 December. After marriage we had intercourse and just to be on safe side I took Ipill on 17th december 2015. After which I did not get periods in month on Jan 2016. I hv done home pregnancy test twice on 3 Jan 2016 and on 15 Jan 2016, it was negative. I had regular 28 day period cycle and never faced such issue before. Can I be pregnant ? I don t see any symptoms except no menstrual cycle in jan.. Please suggest. I just got married last month

there is a possibility that the menstrual cycle is getting adjusted to the medications that you took. I would suggest that you take a pregnancy test once you are delayed for 7-10 days. it is only at this time that the HCG levels rise not priorly. so kindly wait out a bit more.
