Is Missed Period And Sore Breast Sign Of Pregnancy Or Hormonal Imbalance?

i took the morning after pill on May 13.....a week later I got my period....while having my period, i had unprotected sex a couple of times....now i am due for my next period in a week, and my nipples are very sore. I am 48....could this be a hormonal imbalance or pregnancy?
