Is Missed Period Sign Of Pregnancy?

i am 26yrs,i have always had regular periods,but last month i had an intercourse with my husband on 5th sept after which i took an i pill in about 12hrs,i also did a prega test which showed negative,my last period was on 29th august,what should i do??

Hi, I have gone through your question. Delay in the next periods after taking emergency contraception( I pill) US a common side effect of this drug. The period can be delayed up to 2-3 weeks after the expected date. But there can befailure of contraceptive effect of the pill and pregnancy can occur.
I would suggest you to get your urine pregnancy test repeated after1 week.
If it still negative, then wait for 2-3 weeks for the spontaneous periods to occur.
