Hallow Dear,
Missing period is the rule of
pregnancy, though there are rare exception to this rule also. Very occasionally, some women do get some vaginal bleeding at the time of expected menses in early pregnancy. However, such bleeding is not seen for as many as six months.
By six months, no one is doubtful about the pregnancy. The uterus by this time is quite grown up and is very obviously seen even in clothes. By this time, the woman feels the movements of the baby and on palpation, the foetal parts are easily felt.
However, you had unprotected sex 2 months ago. So you are in dilemma whether you are two months pregnant or not. After unprotected sex, you have got menses for two months - though late by up to 6 days. However, you are getting such delayed (irregular) menses for last six months. So I feel, you need not be concerned only for these two months.
Still you can confirm pregnancy status by performing pregnancy test on urine.
To me you seem to have some
hormonal imbalance - may be reproductory or Thyroid. Please get your Thyroid function test (T3, T4, TSH) done. If there is any
thyroid dysfunction, report to your Gynaecologist or
Endocrinologist for its management. If Thyroid levels are within normal limits, you may take oral birth control pills cyclically for three months which will help regularise your menses. If not, or alternatively, report to your Gynaecologist.
Breast tenderness can be due to raised
progesterone levels in the hormonal disturbances.
Fatigue is noticed during stress also. You seem to be under stress of unwanted pregnancy. Pregnancy test will remove your test. Pain in abdomen is never a feature of normal pregnancy. In fact, pain during menses is the character of your menses, which is a normal feature.
Severe pain during menses also may cause nausea and fatigue. If the pain is unbearable, you may take some anti-spasmodic painkiller.
I hope this offers you guidelines.
