Is Missed Periods A Sign Of Pregnancy?

hi i am twenty five year old......i married 8 moth before,,,, i faced irregular periods and the doctor prescribed me to complete progylution course of three month to regularize the menstruational period... after completion this course ,still i missed the periods for nine days. My quesions is: whether i need to go through more treatment or its a sign of pregnancey..?

Hello there,
There is an easy way to make sure you are pregnant. I would advice you to get a urine pregnancy test and a ultrasound abdomen done to confirm a pregnancy. The reason I am saying this is that missed periods with your history may not be a definite sign of pregnancy.
