Is Missed Semen Discharge During Sex While On Urimax A Cause For Concern?
I am 60 year old,have mild prostatomegally.I am taking 01 URIMAX-D tab daily since last 07 month.Now my urine is normal but I have noticed that semen not come out during intercourse.Is it dangerous for my health?Please guide me whether I have to change the medicine.

It is suggestive of its side effects. Urimax-D is a combination of tamsulosin and dutasteride which is commonly prescribed to treat symptoms associated with prostatomegaly.
Based on the history you seem to have developed ejaculation disorder (retrograde or delayed ejaculation and decrease semen volume) apparently due to the side effects of this medicine. You must ask your doctor for an alternate effective but a safer medicine.
