Is Momentary Loss Of Feeling In The Left Arm A Serious Cause For Concern?

I was walking down the stairs when I felt something grab my stomach. I looked down at it was just my left arm, but I couldn t feel it nor did I remember moving it. It felt fine when I moved it, but it felt kind of weird at the same time. I did some research but all things pointed to a heart attack so I m scared now.
