Is Mood Swing And Anger Sign Of Bipolar Disorder?

My 13 yr. old grandson, seems very up and down mood around his new step mother, he seems angry at times with his dad and step mother....His Mom (whom he sees every other weekend) was seeing another man and this broke up the marriage (he does not know this) He believes his mom would have come back if his dad had given her a chance, my son, (my grandsons father) believes he is too young to know the whole story...He lives with his Dad and sister (16), his step mom and her 5yr. old son.......My Step daughter's mother thinks my 13yr. old grandson is bipolar and needs to seek help....He did undergo counceling right after the divorce and is talking with his guidance counsler at school....Help!!, I believe he is just a normal 13yr. old
