Welcome to health care magic.

1.Non-visualisation of the fetal stomach on ultrasound can occur with various physiological as well as pathological processes.(about the time the fetus begins to swallow after 14 weeks).
2.physiological conditions after emptying - but since it has been tried few times it looks like pathological condition.
3.Pathological include oesophageal ateríais and fistulas, diaphragmatic hernias which need to evaluate.
4.Other cause non swallowing - less of amniotic fluid, which is normal in your case.
5.If there is some anomaly then survival after birth is up to 95% after procedure, Suggest a scan done with foetal specialist and decide what to do. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
