Is My ECG Report A Cause For Concern?

hello..i'm 23 years old female..today i 've done ECG and it appears that i have sinus tachycardia( rate= 100 , PR=160, QRSD=94, QT=348 and QTc=449 ) and also i feel sometimes 1 extrasystolic pulse.. is it a serious condition..waiting for ur reply..thank you

This is a normal ECG
Extasystoles are usually benign ( harmless)
Anxiety can precipitate this
But if become troublesome, get investigated.
A 24 hr holter will usually pick major abnormalities if any.
At present you need not to worry
