Hello and welcome to HCM,
Itchiness is common during last trimester of pregnancy and it is due to elevated levels of bile salts in body.
However, total bilirubin and conjugated bilirubin are within normal limits.
The levels of SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase are elevated.
SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase are liver enzymes.
SGOT and SGPT are elevated in cases of injury to hepatocytes. Injury can be caused by viruses, toxins, drugs etc.
Alkaline phosphatase is elevated due to obstruction to the external biliary tract.
Fatty liver is encountered during pregnancy.
Thus, an ultrasound abdomen needs to be done to assess the size of the liver and its echotexture.

Thanks and take care
