Hi, dear. I have gone through your all reports. I can understand your concern. Your all reports of march are normal. Your reports of june show high total count with low lymphocytes and high esr. It suggest you have some infection. No need to worry. just consult your physician and search for the cause. You should take antibiotic treatment according to your doctor's advice. Don't worry its not serious illness. You will be ok within short time after taking treatment.
Hope I have answered your question.
