welcome to Health care magic. 1.Only positive findings in your report is prominent broncho-vascular marking. 2.That could be due to increased blood pressure due to left ventricular insufficiency. Or any cardiac pathology. 3.Bony cage is normal,cardia also normal in size. 4.If you don't have any difficulty in breathing / increased blood pressure you can just get a followup x-ray after 1-2 months. 5.If there is underlying pathology - treat the cause. 6.Its not a gross pathology which you have to worry about, just incidental finding, monitor is sufficient.
