Is My Child Losing Appetite Due To Medicines Or Infections?

my daughter is 2.8 years Old. She is havinh Throat Infection & Stomach Infection due to which she is eating very less & loose weight from 12 kgs to 11.20 kgs. The doctor precribe the following medicine Rinifol Z, Alocet XL, OFM & Bacnil. Now we have completed two days dose. Total course is of 5 days. She has started little eating. I want to whether she is eating less due to medicine affect & filling sleepy due to weekness.
