It looks that your dad is in serious condition, having congestive heart failure makes the heart works hard and accumulates fluid in the abdomen. In addition to that , the kidneys won t get adequate blood flow and start malfunctioning. The internal bleeding could be from chronic gastritis and that creates a cardiac shock because it aggravates the circulation to the internal organs.
