Is My Frequent Liquid Bowel Movements And Current Withdrawal Symptoms From Stopping Beer Abruptly A Normal Cleansing Effect?

Hello. I am 60 and stopped cold turkey 36 hours now. I was consuming approximately 5.2 litres of beer. I am aware that excessive beer often produces runny bowel movements. I see my usual Doctor in 3 days. I do have some Diazapam left and have only had 1, which was yesterday late afternoon. I am aware of withdrawing effects, as I have given up before. Currently, today, I have been going to the toilet quite often with liquid bowel motions. I am keeping fluids up, I drink a lot of water anyway. Is this experience a cleansing effect? Medications: 10/320/25 Blood pressure , 200mg Moxonidine, 60mg Duloxetine (2 p/day), 20mg Raberprazole, 300mg Allopurinol (APO) Kind Regards
