Is My High Prolactin Level On Day 5 Due To Primolut-N?

My periods delayed & my gynecologist gave me primolut n for 3 days... I got periods after stopping primolut n... Then I took hormone test on 5 day of my period in early morning... My prolactin level is high 702uIU /ml... Is it dangerous or due to primolut N?
