Is My Hormone Level Normal?

hi sir, i got married 5 years back i have no child when i consult a doctor he made all the test and sed my sperm count is zero,he asked me to go through testosterone,FSH,LH test and the result was testosterone was 222.70,FSH: 10.0 3IU/L & LH : 6.2 Iu/L can this be solved with medication or We have to go for TESA and IVF

Hello,

From the hormonal exams, we cannot conclude about the cause of azoospermia (the absence of sperm count).

You need other hormonal exams such as TSH, Proactine to say rather you need TESA or have any chance to improve the sperm count.
