Hi,

Fatigue and vitamin deficiency can generally cause headache or fatigue. Regular intake of medications with Healthy diet is very essential. Rule out any low blood pressure or blood sugar issues. Cervical spondylosis due to wear and tear of spinal discs should be ruled out with an X-ray. Any Ear related problems could affect the body balance and should also be ruled out. Migraine or vascular abnormalities, visual defects should also be tested.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
