Is My Semen Analysis Report Normal If Not How Can I Rectify The Problem ?

Dear Sir, I am (32 yrs), sending u my semen analysis report , pls tell there is any problem or is it normal. advice what to do. phsical examination: vol-2.4 ml, colour- opleascent white,consistency- less visid, reaction-alkaline. microscopic exam: prostatic granular-present, pus cells-1-3/HPF, R.B.C- nil,epith cells-nil, premature form-0-1/HPF, Abnormal form-0-1/HPF, MOTILITY: Active-70%,sluggish-10%,nonmotile-20%, sperm count-110milions/ml.
