There is no harm in masturbation & that's normal. There are many positions that you can try for having a normal penetrative vaginal sex.

It should be appeasing if you are husband & wife as that's what you say about your partner.

However, if you are talking about anal sex, by what you call ''from behind sex"; then you should know that anal lining is thinner than the vagina, hence chances of wear & tear are more.

Any cuts or abrasions can cause STI's like chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, HPV, hepatitis, anal cancer, etc. If you switch to vaginal sex after anal sex you will invite further infections. Use safe sex methods.
