Is My Spermiogram Test With Count: 110 Million/ML Normal?
Hi, I am 27 years old , I made varicocele operation 3 years ago on both sides , just made a spermogram test and the results were:
Count: 110 million/ML, volume is 6 ml
35 % active after 30 min , 20 % active after 3 hrs, and 8 % active after 6 hrs
Do you consider these results good for acheiving pregnancy? and what do you suggest?

You are suffering from low sperm count.
At least 55 % sperms should be motile.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You shouldn't wear tight underpants.
Even if low motility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
Sperm count is within normal limit.
